Why “Transformation”?

Because we need more than just “change” to address the widespread epidemic of careers that lack Purpose and organizations that fail to perform as a result.  “Change” is merely the process of altering something or doing it differently in order to make improvements. “Transformation” is to strip the canvas clean to reveal something entirely new within the previous entity.

In the context of our careers, that “something new” is US and the need is now!  The process of career and workplace Transformation is not about changing you or your organization into something different; it is a journey to find the original that is already inside you.

The Challenge – Lost Purpose

We were each born with innate skills, talents, desires and passions – our Soul’s Purpose.  For most of us, that Purpose gets covered up and lost by the normal pursuits of life – education, degrees, money, job titles, family demands and expectations, possessions, personal ambition.

Careers disconnected from Purpose ultimately lead to lives off-track and a range of consequences that reach far beyond just unfilled careers … financial problems, family problems, marital problems, disease, addictions, depression or worse.
