What is IAM Career SMART!™?

IAM Career SMART!™ is a virtual career coaching program. Imagine sitting with a coach in the privacy of your own home or office and becoming more masterful in creating the career you want.

  6. Personal Strategy Career Plan. Build a strategic career plan throughout the program that you can use and modify throughout your career as situations change and development increases
  7. IAM Touchstones. Our core ideas to guide you in being your best and challenge you to let go of thinking that may no longer be useful
  8. Tools and Resources. Links to practical and useful tools, articles, and resources with up-to-date information added frequently
