The two most common reasons people contact us:

1. Not receiving our emails. The following email address needs to be in your trusted sender list for you to receive communication AND notification of learning from the IAM Learning Community:

• @iamlearningcommunity.com

2. Cannot access learning. There are two reasons for this:

• Content has not yet been dripped to you. New content is unlocked, daily or weekly depending on the program.
• You are not logged in. Checkout the login indicator on the top right corner of your window – you should see Welcome Yourname up there (except for in the Community area of the site).
